A filtering posibility to display the most downloaded modules/tags per
week/month/year

An additional powerfull combination would be populairity vs category/tag filter,
it would create a clear view of the most downloaden modules/tags per category

The year filtering would result in an ranking of the modules. Maybe you could
combine this with an CMSMS module award :)
