Attribute Enable/Disable for Item & Category Templates
Detailed Description:
I really like the new feature for Printable Catalog where you can select the
Attributes used for a specific template.  This would be a highly useful feature
to add to Item & Category Templates.  Almost always, specific templates only use
a few of the User Defined Attributes in any given Template.  For CMSMS "Editors"
only see the attribute fields that are necessary for the selected template.
