Easily add repeats of programs/shows, where the details are not displayed, just
the title and a link to the original program + a (r) symbol to show that it's a
repeat.

Ideally, for each show any number of repeats could be added when adding a new
show and its date and time. That is, first date and time of original show, then
under that a link "Add repeat" and when clicking that choosing date and time for
the repeat, clicking "Add repeat" again etc.
