Summary:
Allow Multiple Form Templates
Detailed Description:
The ability to create and specify different form templates (like in the Products
module) would be very handy.

I've been getting by using Smarty magic, but I am having a real hang up when I
try to display two different "Change Settings" templates on the same page.

yep, I agree... I wanna do this... but will probably end up having to bend over
backwards not to break a gazillion sites out there.

While it may not be ideal... how about having a "New Templates" and also a
"Legacy Templates" tab.

Then in the preferences you can select the templates that you want to use.
Legacy or New (Legacy by default). This means all of those existing sites won't
break. Then those that want multiple templates or additional template options
can select new and carry over their existing templates with a copy/paste.

Another option (but likely more difficult) is during the upgrade process it will
create copies of the existing templates and call them "default" and set them as
the default templates. Then if logintemplate="fooBar" isn't set it will just
use the default template (which was automatically created).

I'll probably do it the later method (options are a pain in the ass to
maintain).
on upgrade copy the existing templates into new template types... and mark them
as 'default'

I wanna also replace the forms in there with something that is more flexible...
probably do all that at the same time.
