User Export Options
Detailed Description:
It would be a very nice feature to be able to select which groups and user
properties to export to csv for further handling of user data in external
applications.

I too need export-choice, now, so I modified my (1.12.16) module to do this.
So the FEU admin tab has a selector, showing defined groups, an 'all groups'
item, and, if un-grouped users are enabled, items 'all users' and 'ungrouped
users'.
Along the way I decided to format exported dates in accord with the system
'defaultdateformat' setting.

All working.
