Summary:
Send verification email to user when changing email address
Detailed Description:
It would be really good, if the module could ask the user to verify it email
address again by sending verification email, if the user changes its required
email field.

Currently there can be situations, where user successfully register on site and
then changes its email address for invalid or to some other guys email address.
