Hi,

In 1.6.9, I see in the frontend display to modify parameters of an user, that
the user name is "disabled" and can't be modified by the user.

I'd wish to have an option for the other properties to display the property
value, but it can't be modified (just like the username field).

I don't think the "read only" attribute does it because when I set "read only" I
can modify it. I use a list, but I think I should be the same things with other
types of properties.

Hope to see this new option in the next release !
