I was surprised to see that Cataloger only handles jpg images when it could
easily handle other types, especially since it uses CMSMS's own built in Image
Manager.

Can we please change this to accept popular image types? I don't want to make
changes myself without knowing that they would be implemented in future editions
since many files would need altering.
