Add functionality to:

-purge database records older than 180 days

-add "reminder to proof" to proofs that haven't been responded to in 3 days
(with customizing message to client, and option to modify proof to "Job was
already approved via alternate method" or something)
-optimize database

I think this could run Sunday nights, or whatever.
