Currently the "Files" tab displays the packages in the order they were created.
Generally, chronological order would be fine, but in some situations Devs may
want to display their packages in a different order.

For example... the End User Documentaiton module (I know this one is kind of an
exception) will have packages for the various modules. Having them displayed in
the order the package was created will make it difficult to find the files for a
specific module. Allowing us to order it manually to make it alphabetical would
make the search process easier for users.
