Export users / emails to csv
Detailed Description:
It would be nice with an interface to export users to a csv.
My costumer is still using their email client to actually send their newsletter,
so this would be useful.
I can manage to copy the data from the database or from the cms into a csv /
spreadsheet, but I'd be rather nice if my client could handle it with ease
themselves.

Also, if the module is replaced by another news letter system, this feature
would come in handy.

And would love a feature to filter what to export. So its possible to export
users belonging to just one newsletter - and not all users in database like now.
