Publishing Rulesor Guide lines
Detailed Description:
There have been a few times when I have installed something that had nothing in
the way of docs... or it just seems to not play well with anything...

I tried finding a Dev Guide but was not able to... so I just thought I'd throw
this out there...

Guides could lighten up the forum and/or make it clearer to the user installing
a mod that let say has js to make it go, which could have been obtrusive  thou
works, warnings like that could save people grief, and ... well I can think of
many reasons why...

If there is rules/guide sorry didn't find it when I was looking in to creating a
project...

True I was look thru that... I have just seen more formal ones out there... so I
thought it'd be helpful to have a formal well worked one here... I saw there is
some more information in the wiki too...

I guess I was driving to more of having a well written guild to CMSMS
development... One clear voice… from how the core works… like a flow sheet
may-be?  to a brief on working with smartys (even a link to the manual as I had
to just Google to find the link) to working with user setups front and back
end...

It seems that there is a lot of talk in the forums about questions that should
be straight forward.. but when I first got started here over a year ago... it
seemed like I had to go here and there and every where to learn the flow of
CMSMS... and I still don't think I have it 100%...

It just would be a bit nicer thing for someone focused on the how too's, what’s
what, for a bit.... I'm not much of a writer, or I would...

I was just making a suggestion more then a feature requests but there is no
suggestion box.. hehe..... Great things come in time and I realize that...
