Theme dirs for stylesheets in Layout -> Stylesheets
Detailed Description:
Also a core feature, but related to Theme Manager.

I'd suggest that the stylesheets are saved by theme in Layout -> Stylesheets in
the Admin Panel. That is, with the theme name as the parent and the stylesheets
of that theme under it.

Many themes will use the same names for their stylesheets and thus would not be
possible to use at the same time. But if the stylesheets are saved in theme dirs
that can be avoided.

It also makes it so much easier to overview the stylesheets list when there
otherwise would be several pages of stylesheets.

what I think I will do is create a themes table, that will list all the imported
themes, their templates, and their stylesheets, however themes will own the
stylesheets, and the templates. Then I can create an "XML button" beside each
theme to export the theme, and remove the import tab all together.

The problem with this is that this themes table could get out of sync if the
user uses listtemplates, etc, to delete templates and stylesheets. But perhaps
theme manager can be developed to a point where it replaces liststylesheets, and
listtemplates.

However in order for that to happen we would still need the ability to copy a
stylesheet or a template into a different (new) theme.

Hmm, more work to do.
