Summary:
Option to turn off "Email to User-Supplied Email Address" while editing a record
Detailed Description:
Scenario:
1) In form Builder, we have set-up this field type: "Email to User-Supplied
Email Address"
2) In Form Browser, after editing and submitting a record in administration
view, an email is sent to the user each time we make an edit.
It would be ideal if we had the option to de-activate that automated behavior
when editing a record.
