Summary:
Add user overwrite option for importing users
Detailed Description:
Adding properties to groups or wanting to change many data makes it sometimes a
lot easier to export users to a csv, then change the data in a spreadsheet
program and then import the data again. This would require an overwrite option
for the import.

This is a must... if your working with more then 10 users....
