Better way to choose hierarchy
Detailed Description:
If you have an extensive catalog, the 'Pages' area becomes pretty full. That's
not too much of a problem with the show/hide functionality, but when choosing
the hierarchy of a new page/catalog item, the dropdown list is huge and
confusing.

Would it be possible for Cataloger to only show to category level in the
dropdown, and to have a separate dropdown for all items?

It seems like nobody answered to that one for a looong time. So I would like to
bring about the subject again.

I would also like to add to that matter these suggestions : 
- would it be possible to set the item under a Section Header?
- would it be possible to have the Category Page appear in the Menu?

I'll try myself to tweak it but don't guarantee any good result...
