It would be useful for the translator if the translation center had support for
fuzzy entries like in GNU Gettext (see
http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/Fuzzy-Entries.html)

If a translated message was changed in the original language, it would be marked
as fuzzy so the translators could easily see that the translation needs to be
checked as well.
