Allow setting "Date Created" on importing items
Detailed Description:
When importing a csv you can map the start and end times, but there's no way to
set the created date, it defaults to Now.

To piggyback on this: the ability to change the creation date manually
altogether would be nice. If one wants to use the creation date as “post date”
in a blog/news kind of setting that would save them from creating an extra field
for this.
