Enhance form scan and form handling/dispositions to handle inputs that are
within {foreach loops where the input fields name is an array name="inputname[]"

(I.e. the old form builder module had a field type of module-interface to API
into modules like product or CGUserDirectory. The module interfacing can be
achieved with templates, but would need SmartForms to recognise input fields
with an array name and then handle/disposition the submitted form )
