Detailed Description:
When you upgrade, you need to scan your forms!

If you have a lot of forms, this can take a while to do.
Possible to have a "Scan all Forms" option?

CGBF Does not auto-scan your forms because there may be some error that pops up
due to new tests etc. after upgrading CMSMS.

You can stop the warning popping up by adding the documented config entries.
