Not sure what to call this one, but I've seen it implemented in another module.

It would be  great to have the ability to define items that a customer can
rearrange - e.g. that they'd like  Testimonials to appear before News, or News
before Associations, etc.

Essentially like a multi select field, where you can drag and drop or press a
button to move items up and / or down the list.
