Add module to Translation Center
Detailed Description:
This is a project that looks very promising.
Please add the module to Translation Center so that it can be translated in
other languages.

I will add CGBF to the TC once I have heard some feedback about the module and
can consider it stable.   then I will move some branches around and add it to
the TC.
