Summary:
Custom Global Options
Detailed Description:
This is all just off the top of my head, but something that would be really cool
when using LISE is the ability to let the user choose global options.

A good example of this would be for an image slider. Some method of allowing the
user to set certain preferences that don't make sense for each individual image
- such as slide speed, direction, animation, and so on.

This is kind of possible at the moment with Global Content Blocks, but they're
not as flexible and it's confusing to have things like this in a different area
of the content management system.

I imagine this being some kind of tab where you can add items in the same way
you do field definitions, which are then perhaps available as a separate
variable in the templates. I'm not sure how best to separate the creation of
these blocks and filling them with information, however!

I have been thinking myself about some sort of solution like that. It's in the
roadmap, just not sure when I'll be able to implement it. Thanks for the
suggestion.

Hi,

Searching around and wanting to apply this same feature request, I came across
this one.
It's an old one from 2016 I see, but it's not build in yet...
Would really be helpfull. (willing to pay for it...)
