[#10256] Better naming of FormBuilder templates

Better naming of FormBuilder templates
Detailed Description:
Currently FormBuilder template files get names such as "fb1", "fb2", etc,
instead of the actual name of the form. This makes it hard to identify which
template file you want to edit.
Is it possible to name these template files after the name of the form?

Due to the current system of export/import, it seems to be difficult to easily
rename FormBuilder's templates with the name of the form.
I can export the filename with a name like "fb_7_contact" or "fb_8_quote" but
during the importation phase the current code can't retrieve the filename
easily.
I need to update the import system from scratch to respond to your request.
Possible but not during the next weeks because I've a lot of work currently.
