Allow the thumbs directory to be moved
Detailed Description:
The folder that sits under /uploads/GBFilePickerThumbs is problematic because
clients can see it. I would like this to be moved to the /tmp folder, or at
least an option to choose which folder to place it in. This way, clients can't
accidentally delete the thumbnails.
