[#9934] Pagination doesn't work in 0.11.3

Pagination doesn't work in 0.11.3
Detailed Description:
(My CMSMS version is actually 1.11.6, not 1.11.7 as indicated above.)

Pagination links for Category pages do not work, they just reload the current
page. The Items are correctly functioning (if you set 10 Items, it displays 10
Items etc.) but if you invoke pagination, the hyperlinks do not function.

I downgraded Cataloger to 0.11.1 (as I knew this was working on an another CMSMS
[1.10.3] installation) but this made no difference. Which perhaps implies the
bug is related to CMSMS?

EDIT: also confirmed on separate server & separate website, with CMSMS v1.11.9
(with Cataloger 0.11.1 or 0.11.3).

@Nook You issue has a workaround that has been posted here a couple of times.
The same has also been posted in the forums.
I'm not going to repeat myself unless you provide more data, on your own BR. You
shouldn't use BR's not related to your issue to make your point, particularly
because you failed to provide enough information for me to even think about your
problem.

0.11.1 or 0.11.3).
