[#9480] After Upgrading 1.4 to 1.4Beta Category Search filter does not display

After Upgrading 1.4 to 1.4Beta Category Search filter does not display
Detailed Description:
After the upgrade I can manage categories using the new field definition
approach however cannot see the category selection correctly within search
filter template?

Have just upgraded to 1.11.7 and still the categories are not showing in the
search filter template??

Is this just a case that the category is not a searchable item within the search
filter?

Values ain't being loaded into fielddes, due internal events as category data is
in different database table.

There is no quick fix. Known issue, but definetly not major.

Looking into this at some point.

Same here. I would ned to filter content using categories and another field, but
the categories are not available. This is critical.

Is this marked solved? This is not definetly critical and if you think its
critical you know how to hire me to fix it!
