[#9440] Browser window doesnt open

Summary:
Browser window doesnt open
Detailed Description:
I'v try to open the browser window to browse or upload new files, but it doenst
work. The overlay screens does not appear. I've tried the demo tab aswell, no
succes with the examples.

The old dropdown menu works fine, I can see the files in the directory. I
checked the file permissions, on the files.

The spining loading ball keeps visable all the time.

Any idea whats going wrong here?

If updated from older version of GBFilePicker an old htaccess remains in GBFP
module folder. Delete it and everthing works again.

This error still occurs in IE11 when Compatibility Mode is enabled. The problem
is, Compatibility Mode is required to be able to use TinyMCE properly, so
there's no perfect solution.
