When cloning a node, it gives it the same name as the source node, unless
there's a quotation mark (") in the name, then it gives it all the characters
preceding the first quotation mark.

Ideal behaviour would be that the clone button gives a field for new name. If
that's not practical, then using the full source name plus the word "copy" or a
sequential number after it would make sense.
