Summary:
jobs don terminate, if maximum number of mails per hour is set
Detailed Description:
This bug report is probably a variation to: #8904

If "Maximum number of messages to send per hour:" is set (and the number of
actual addresses is lower than this limit) the job is exectued and the messages
are sent, but the job will not terminate, but remain as "running" in the system.

I set the Limit to 720 and tested with 2 addresses and I was able to reproduce
the issue.
