[#9130] Cannot upload image custom field

Summary:
Cannot upload image custom field
Detailed Description:
I've added a image custom field to events (File Upload Field). 

I've an error like "ERROR Problem occured when copying the file to its final
destination" when I save event with attached image to this field.

What is "final destination" ? How configure it ? How check permissions ?
I've enabled debugging in CMSMS but I don't see any error message in debug info.
