Sample Detail template refers to ecommerce module which is not a dependency
Detailed Description:
When you visit a detail page using an unedited Sample Detail template (shipped
with the installation) you get an error:

/home/ctw/public_html/cmsms/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:
Syntax Error in template "module_db_tpl:Products;detail_Sample"  on line 108
"{cgecomm_form_addtocart product=$entry->id}" unknown tag
"cgecomm_form_addtocart"

No ecommerce module is installed - I don't need it in my website.

If you change line 108 to 
{* cgecomm_form_addtocart product=$entry->id *}
the template works without error.

I don't think default templates included with modules should refer to other
modules which are not dependencies.
