Accent not recognized
Detailed Description:
Since version 1.0, category parameters doesn't distinguish accentuated words.

In 0.6.8, this works : {cms_module module="Glossary" cat="Neophyte"} and
{cms_module module="Glossary" cat="Néophyte"}
but in 1.0, version, words from both categories are mixed up.

Hello,

I've got the same problem with accents on terms when I use the "seach" module
into the "Glossary" module :

I search a term in the search input, in the result page I can see the term I've
searched with a link, if the term contains an accent (french), the link doesn't
works and go back to the Glossary page instead of the term definition page.

Thank you for your help and for this great module.
