Even with allow duplicate names selected as "Yes", when I try to import a
spreadsheet with franchises that have the same name, it will only import the
first one.

I have tried all options for duplicate names, generate error (but continue),
Ignore and Overwrite from the import options.  None seem allow it.  Overwrite
will import all the records, but will just replace a former record with the
latter.

Not sure if this is a bug or lacking feature, but it seems important (think if
you had to make a pizza place directory and you had 20 or so restaurants that
all had to have the exact same name).
