Description wysiwyg not functioning if using TinyMCE
Detailed Description:
Hi again Robert  - this is for 2.4.3 and TinyMCE 2.9.11

If I use MicroTiny all is ok, but if I have TinyMCE in use, then the Description
panel on Edit Map doesn't store any input, nor does the toggle editor button
work.

I recognise this is not a big issue, as it isn't the default editor.
