Detailed Description:
here my problem no 2:
The marker graphics position themselves centered on top of the desired point
(centered horizontal and vertical), but they should align themselves centered
horizontally and vertical at the bottom of the graphic, so that it looks like
the tip of the marker is actually pinned at the exact point.
