MLe don't change url on "flags"
Detailed Description:
When changing url names of pages in CMSMS, MLe don't change them on flags after
reload... Mle keep the old url names that doesn't exist... so error page not
found...

I saw another problem : now with articles... MLE broke URLS in articles of
others languages  (under flags) so when you click the flag CMSMS crash...

Another idea : make the "Back link text" in article detail on the good language,
not in the install language or make MLE give us the traduction via a parameter
in module news call.
