all images disappear after upgrade and cache cleaned
Detailed Description:
Same problem as bug [#7694] for me after an upgrade from 1.10.3 to 1.11 with
empty template_c
It process only the first image, for the rest of the foreach or section, the
source code display a comment : <!-- Erreur : Nom de module non
sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; -->
with {cms_module module="CGSmartImage" all images reappear.

Others have reported this issue, but I cannot reproduce it.  Even under similar
test conditions.

I think this is an issue with php 5.2 and the module lazy loading stuff in the
core.
We'll endeavor to fix this issue in 1.11.1
