Summary:
'To date' is checked by default but no date boxes shown
Detailed Description:
When creating an event the 'to date' is automatically ticked, but no date boxes
are shown. Assume default behaviour should be that its unticked.

Can cause problems when going back and editing events.

svn for my modules is no longer publicly accessible... I removed it about 3
years ago.
