Detailed Description:
Tags (plugins) "startExpandCollapse" and "stopExpandCollapse" which still used
in default_display.tpl was removed from latest version CMSMS
(http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?t=57370).

Thanks for the bug report and sorry for the long time waiting - my family and my
job are just eating my time ;)

I just won't fix your problem, because I think, you can add startExpandCollapse
to the template by yourself ;)
If you need a special smarty variable to have in the template, this wouldn't be
a problem, just write me, what the smarty variable should contain.

I publish AComments 1.2 (wich will be ready for CMSms 1.11.x) within the next
days.
