If I try to use plfilehandler in a CTLMM module and set image dimensions in
Blueprint resizing through the upload window stopped working without any error
message. The image is just uploaded as it is.

However... if I use the select window and upload from there it works perfectly.

For now I commented out the upload link for my client, so he has to use the
select window.
