Content block type "Text Input" not properly escaping HTML
Detailed Description:
I created a CGContentUtils content block of type "Text Input".. When editing the
page, I put the following in this content block:

<div id="locations">{menu childrenof=locations number_of_levels=1}</div>

Everything works just fine.. However, when I go to edit the page, I see the
following:

This issue doesn't exist when using a "Text Area" Input.
