In CMSMS v. 1.10.2, Quizzard v. 0.9 does not work well.

Conditions to recreate the error:

1. Create a several question quiz.

2. In Config tab change number of questions per page to 1.

3. Take the quiz.

Result: When you click "Continue" on any page of the quiz, it merely reloads the
same page.  However, if you click the pagination buttons you can get to the
additional pages of the quiz.

Expected Results:  Clicking "continue" should lead to the next page of the quiz.
