With the latest versions of the ecommerce modules, when a payment is made for a
subscription the payment never goes past "Pending" status even though a
successful payment has been made on paypal. As a result new payed members do not
get pushed through to FrontendUsers from the SelfRegistration module.

The IPN url can be accessed manually and all other setting is as it was before.
This was a working system.
