Summary:
Upload link is missing for nonadmin user
Detailed Description:
I defined "Upload file" field.

When normal user (editor) wants to add item, "Upload" link is missing (there's
only "Update dropdown")
Normal user has these permissions: ListIt2: Modify Categories, ListIt2: Modify
Items, ListIt2: Modify Options, Manage GBFilePicker, Use GBFilePicker, Modify
Files.

When admin wants to add item, then it's ok (links: "Upload"  | "Update
dropdown").

Goto Extensions->GBfilepicker tick that first checkbox "Show filemanagement
options:".
