When uploading files, the file selection dialog has 'Show files of type' set to
'Images', and this cannot be changed to anything else. This means that if I want
to view non-image files, I have to type *.* into the filename field and press
enter. Most users, of course, wouldn't know how to do this (and it's obviously
annoying as well).
