Error parsing XML file when trying to upload to CMSMS
Detailed Description:
When uploading the XML file from version 0.4.3 to CMSMS version 1.9.3 the XML
file seems to be "broken":

"Error parsing XML file. Please make sure you are uploading a .xml file and not
a .tar.gz or zip file. (Troubleshooting)"

However: Downloading the ZIP file, extracting that to the /modules/ folder, and
installing the module afterwards works fine.

On a side node: You didn't check in any code to the SVN for this module. Is that
on purpose?
