Combining individual markers causes an error
Detailed Description:
Setting the map points using the {cggm_add_dynpoint} Smarty Plugin. When
"Combine individual markers" is set to Yes and the radius is set larger than 0
in the advanced tab of the map the following errors are displayed when the map
is viewed:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in
/var/www/modules/CGGoogleMaps/lib/class.cggm_meta_marker.php on line 50

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in
/var/www/modules/CGGoogleMaps/lib/class.cggm_meta_marker.php on line 50

Warning: array_unique() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in
/var/www/modules/CGGoogleMaps/lib/class.cggm_meta_marker.php on line 52

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in
/var/www/modules/CGGoogleMaps/lib/class.cggm_meta_marker.php on line 56

The map itself seems to display fine and so does the sidebar. These errors are
just displayed above it.

This only happens if the category option is not set in the {cggm_add_dynpoint}
