Detailed Description:
I have just upgraded a running site from CMSMS 1.8 to CMS 1.9 Bora Bora. 

I am using the Cataloger module to display an A-Z list of names, and then filter
down to a specific item. It used to work perfectly.

HOWEVER, since the upgraded, the Text Area Notes field that I have included on
my template is not showing on the pages, and the TinyMCE editor is not showing
up when I go to edit that category's page.

I used to have a layout layout like this:
"Category Title"
"Paragraph of text about category" (using the text area)
"List of items in this category" (automatically generated by the cataloger)

The TinyMCE editor still works for standard pages, just not those created by the
Cataloger.

I really hope someone has some ideas as i'm totally stuck.

Also if I add any additional User-Defined Attributes to the sub-template for an
item, these additional fields no longer show up on the Edit Content screen or on
the live site.
