When updating a template, all the pages dependent on that template have to be
opened and re-submitted in order for the template change to be reflected in the
output. Currently, that makes the module too problematic to use, as it could end
up soaking up time further down the line with a lot of item pages.

As an aside - I got very confused trying to change a page title - until I
realised it now appears twice on my entry page, and only the bottom one actually
submits the changes input.
